Full-body testing for hockey goaltenders: groins, hips, back, and your whole upper and lower body, measured for both range of motion and strength. Your results drive prehab that catches problems before they become injuries, and weight room programming built around your ice times. You also get a butterfly counter that runs on your phone, so we know the volume your body is actually absorbing week to week.

Sunday, November 15, 9 AM to 12 PM at Liquid Sports Lab, 750 St Paul Street, Rochester, NY 14605. $99.99 per player, co-hosted with Triple Crown Prospects. Every player leaves with a development report that grades their metrics to a college level using the same data the coaches see.
